CLG provides businesses the opportunity to manage legal risk more cost-effectively through the retention of skilled and experienced general counsel on an outsourced basis. CLG provides affordable and accessible experienced in-house counsel to serve clients on a part-time, as needed, basis to those companies who either cannot justify full-time, in-house counsel or prefer to keep senior level positions at a minimum.  

Our General Counsel Services are usually engaged on a month to month retainer basis for a set number of hours that will be devoted exclusively to the client. Additional time will be billed on an agreed upon hourly rate that will be substantially lower than that of larger, "downtown" firms. CLG may also be retained on an hourly, per transaction basis at adjusted rates or alternative pricing.
