Our talented mediation team is led by Shawn P.K. Huston.   Mr. Huston is a certified mediator with over five years of successful negotiation and mediation experience.  Key to that success is Mr. Huston’s knowledge of the law and real estate.  As an accomplished trial attorney and real estate broker, finding solutions to difficult problems is what Shawn does best.  Reaching a resolution that is acceptable to both parties often means bringing in experts from other fields to provide unbiased options and creative solutions.  Hence, our mediation staff is also comprised of skilled business attorneys and other professionals to assist the parties with developing creative solutions to resolve complicated issues.
