Outcome of PFC John Jodka's Sentencing Hearing

On November 15th 2006, PFC John J. Jodka's hearing resulted in the following:
  • 18 months confinement (PFC Jodka received credit for time served for approximately 7 months of pre-trial confinement)
  • Reduction to E-1
  • General Discharge
  • Forfeiture of Pay/Allowances
