Tamara concentrates her practice on corporate transactions and complex civil litigation. Her aggressive litigation style has resulted in numerous settlements for CLG clients in matters ranging from wrongful termination claims, bankruptcy litigation, to complicated real estate disputes.
As a consummate litigator, Tamara routinely represents clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and routinely appears before state and federal courts to argue dispositive and procedural motions. Tamara's burgeoning trial experience includes second-chairing a week-long 1st Degree Murder trial and a most recently personal injury trial representing a patron who was assaulted by a nightclub bouncer. She graduated Cum Laude in from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Prior to joining CLG, she worked for Glover & McKay, LLP and the Law Offices of Nancy J. Bickford where she handled family law cases including initial filings, judgments and post-judgment modifications of support. Tamara also clerked for the Correctional Law Section of the California Attorney General where she prepared matters for Federal Court.
